Terms of Service

GoodTreatmentForU is a medical travel facilitator. We help you compare treatments, connect with accredited hospitals and specialists, and organise appointments, travel and follow-up support. We do not practise medicine, do not employ the treating clinicians, and do not provide diagnosis, treatment or medical advice.

Any clinical opinion, treatment plan or procedure is delivered by the hospital or doctor you choose, under a separate agreement between you and that provider. They are solely responsible for the care they deliver and for their own licensing, insurance and clinical outcomes. Always consult a qualified physician before making a treatment decision, and call your local emergency number in an emergency — this site is not for urgent care.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the service on your own behalf. You may submit a request for a minor or a dependent adult only if you are their parent, legal guardian or authorised representative, and you confirm you have the right to share their information.

You are responsible for keeping your patient portal credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately at care@goodtreatmentforu.com if you suspect unauthorised access. We may suspend or close an account that is used unlawfully, abusively or in breach of these terms.

You agree that the personal, medical and travel information you give us is accurate and complete, and that you have the right to share it. Incomplete or inaccurate medical history can lead to an incorrect estimate or an unsuitable treatment recommendation.

Uploads must be your own medical documents in the accepted formats and size limits shown in the upload field. Do not upload malware, unlawful content, or another person's data without their permission.

• Quotes and price ranges shown on treatment pages or sent by a coordinator are non-binding estimates supplied by the hospital, based on the information available at the time.
• Final cost is set by the hospital after in-person assessment and can change with additional tests, complications, extended stay, implants or currency movements.
• Waiting times, dates and doctor availability are indicative and subject to the hospital's confirmation.
• A booking exists only once the hospital confirms it. Cancellation, rescheduling and refund rules are those of the hospital, airline, insurer or hotel concerned.

Unless we state otherwise in writing, you pay hospitals and other providers directly. We do not hold treatment funds on your behalf and never ask for payment by untraceable methods. If we ever charge a coordination fee, it will be disclosed in writing and agreed before it applies. Beware of anyone requesting payment in our name outside these terms — report it to care@goodtreatmentforu.com.

We assist with visa invitation letters, airport pickup, accommodation and interpreters, but we cannot guarantee that any visa, entry permit or travel authorisation will be granted. You remain responsible for valid travel documents, vaccinations, fitness to fly and adequate medical and travel insurance.

Teleconsult requests are scheduled with a partner specialist subject to their availability. A teleconsult is a remote clinical conversation with that specialist, not a service of GoodTreatmentForU, and it is not a substitute for in-person examination. Do not use the portal or a teleconsult for emergencies. We aim to keep the portal available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and we may perform maintenance or change features.

Treatment descriptions, hospital and doctor profiles, patient stories and other content are for general information and may change. Patient stories describe individual experiences; results vary and are not a promise of outcome. Accreditations shown belong to the hospitals concerned.

The site, its design, text, logos and code are owned by GoodTreatmentForU or its licensors. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, scrape, resell or republish content, or use automated systems to overload or probe the service, without our written permission.

The site links to third parties such as hospitals, WhatsApp, video-consult tools and social platforms. Their terms and privacy practices apply to your use of them and we are not responsible for their content or availability.

The service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for clinical decisions, treatment outcomes, complications, or acts and omissions of hospitals, doctors, airlines, insurers and other providers, and for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or for fraud, and these terms do not affect the statutory rights of consumers.

Our handling of your personal and health data, including the legal bases and your GDPR rights, is described in our Privacy & GDPR notice. You can submit access, correction or deletion requests through the data rights request form.

You may stop using the service at any time and ask us to close your portal account. We may suspend or end access if these terms are breached, if the service is misused, or if we are required to do so by law. Sections that by their nature should survive — including intellectual property, disclaimers and limitation of liability — continue to apply.

We may update these terms as our service evolves. The version published on this page applies to your use of the site, and material changes will be highlighted here. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable at our place of establishment, and disputes will be handled by the competent courts there; our registered legal entity name, address and jurisdiction will be published here once confirmed by the site owner.
